A species of creatures known as “thoriphants” rebel against their life of servitude and embark on a treacherous journey to find the fabled city of Uprights.

Since being separated from his parents as a child, Mosley has spent his life serving on his master’s farm.

It hasn’t all been bad. He’s found a mate, Bera (Lucy Lawless), has a son, Rue (Leah Atkins), and another child on the way.

But Mosley can’t shake the feeling that he and his family were destined for bigger things. That – blessed with the ability to talk – they surely weren’t supposed to be just treated as humans’ slaves. So when Rue uncovers a series of cave paintings that suggest that thoriphants once walked on two legs, Mosley is intrigued enough to go searching for the truth.

Mosley is the brainchild of Kirby Atkins (whose animation career has included working on Steven Spielberg’s The BFG and Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip).
